Refunds

A full reading is a digital product, written for you and delivered the moment it's ready. Because of that, we don't offer refunds for change of mind or for not agreeing with what the reading says.

When we do refund

We'll refund you in full if something went wrong on our side, for example:

• you paid but the reading never arrived, or
• the reading was made for different birth details than the ones you entered.

In these cases we may first try to fix the problem, by finishing or rewriting the reading. If we can't, we refund you.

How to ask

Email contact@soodacrew.com with your PayPal transaction ID from your receipt and a short description of the problem.
